We’re very nearly there with Jenson’s room – I just want to get something else up on the wall before I take the photos for the nursery tour blog post. Anal or what?! I love this adventure time (not that … Continue reading
We’re lucky that Jenson is now in that fun clothing age range where he can wear both baby and boys clothes. Baby clothes tend to go up to 24 months and most boys clothes start at a year old, so … Continue reading
I go to bed a good hour or two before Luke and I hate getting into a cold bed in the winter. In the summer I love cold sheets but when I’ve been sat in a nice, toasty office and … Continue reading
It’s only when looking back over my photos from the last month that I’ve realised that I’ve actually been pretty sociable. And Jenson has developed a helluva lot. Here are our months in photos. Up first, yours truly… 1. I … Continue reading
Remember my teeny tiny Peter Rabbit obsession? I’ve now fallen for Marks and Spencer’s Peter Rabbit family organiser. Cos, ya know, I have three lives to keep track of now! It’s £10.00 and on their Christmas 3 for 2 offer.
Oh em gee, it’s only 39 more sleeps til Christmas! I don’t usually like to start thinking about Christmas until after my birthday (11 more sleeps, FYI!) but I’ve slowly been picking up the odd present and thinking about where … Continue reading
Yep, you read that title right. My little dribbler is now four months old – we’re a third of the way to his first birthday! And now that I’m a smidge over halfway through my maternity leave I’m reminded that … Continue reading
That’s right, I’m talking Christmas and it’s only September. I’ve been thinking ahead for Jenson ever since I found out I was pregnant, buying clothes for different ages, pinning things we can do together when he’s bigger and now I’m thinking about Christmas presents. My family tends to ask for Christmas lists (yes, even at my age) super early, mainly because my birthday is a month before, so it doesn’t hurt to be thinking about these things now. We generally have clothes pretty much taken care of so it’s mainly toys and books with the odd spot of non-supermarket clothing – I tend to not want to fork out for Next and Mothercare clothes when he’s only in them for about a month! I’m hoping things are going to start evening out at the 6-9 months stage. Anyhoo, I’m building a Pinterest board with my favourite links to share with the fam at the mo but here are some of the bits and pieces floating near the top of the list…

Wouldn’t it be nice if you could create an epic registry list from different sites so that lovely gift buyers don’t double up on prezzies? If something incredible like this already exists, do leave me a lovely link in the comments!
If you want to see more cute stuff for baby boy’s, I also have a general ‘For Jenson‘ Pinterest board for my day-to-day finds and a separate ‘Baby Boy‘ board for cute things for boys but not necesarily for Jenson. And a girls’ one, just because.
Looking for a cute way to keep your little one’s room tidy and organised? Marks and Spencer have these adorable bunny wicker baskets for £25 each.
I was in M&S the other day, browsing the baby section, as you do, and was shocked at how much of the sale stock was for girls rather than boys. A quick browse online revealed more of the same, at … Continue reading
